Our 7-Step Social Media Management Process

We will have a 1on1 collaborative meeting with you to understand your business, social media needs and goals. 

To ensure we replicate your brands personality, we develop this document to define all the important aspects that makes your brand, yours. From colors to personality.

Once we know your needs and goals, we create a content schedule to ensure we post the right amount, on the right platforms and with the right imagery and wording.

Send us your images and videos to be used with your content schedule OR hire us to complete a content day where we gather the pictures and videos for you!

Now for the fun part, we create the posts for the content schedule, review them with you for approval, we publish them per the content schedule and manage interactions from your community how you see fit. 

Once we near completion of the schedule, we assess the performance of your posts and make suggestions to improve for the next month.

With our newfound knowledge of the prior month's performance data, we kick off a brand-new month of content starting at Step 3.
